Our Products
Every first-responder family experiences service differently, but no family should have to carry its challenges alone. Holding the Line at Home Foundation provides programs designed around the unique experiences of the family's behind those who protect, serve, answer, respond, and sacrifice.
💙 Holding the Line at Home
Law Enforcement Families
Behind every badge is a family that serves too.
Holding the Line at Home supports the spouses, partners, children, and families of law enforcement officers as they navigate the realities of life behind the badge. Long shifts, missed holidays, changing schedules, dangerous calls, and the uncertainty of waiting for someone you love to come home can affect the entire household.
Through thoughtfully prepared care packages, encouragement, family resources, and meaningful support, this program reminds law enforcement families that their sacrifices are seen and their role matters.
They hold the line in our communities. We help hold the line at home.
❤️ Behind the Flames
Firefighter Families
When the alarm sounds, firefighters answer without knowing what the next call will bring. Their families live with that uncertainty alongside them.
Behind the Flames provides support for the spouses, partners, children, and families of firefighters. The program recognizes the long shifts, interrupted plans, demanding schedules, dangerous calls, and emotional weight that can follow firefighters home from the station.
Through care packages, encouragement, family-centered resources, and community support, Behind the Flames honors the people who stand beside those who run toward the fire.
Behind every firefighter is a family carrying part of the call.
💛 Behind the Headset
Dispatch Families
They may not arrive at the scene, but dispatchers are there for some of the most difficult moments imaginable.
Behind the Headset supports the spouses, partners, children, and families of 911 dispatchers and emergency communications professionals. Dispatch families experience overnight shifts, mandatory overtime, interrupted holidays, stressful calls, and the emotional demands of a career that is often unseen by the public.
Through care packages, encouragement, resources, and family support, this program recognizes both the person behind the headset and the people standing behind them.
They are the voice on the other end of the call. Their families deserve to be heard, too.
🩶 Behind the Shield
Corrections, Probation & Parole Families
Some of public safety's most demanding work happens behind walls, inside facilities, and throughout our communities with little public recognition.
Behind the Shield supports families of corrections officers, detention officers, probation officers, parole officers, and related professionals. These careers can involve long hours, mandatory overtime, heightened awareness, difficult interactions, and unique pressures that can follow professionals home.
This program provides care packages, encouragement, resources, and family-centered support while recognizing the sacrifices made by those who stand behind these often-overlooked public-safety professionals.
Their service may happen out of sight. Their families should never feel unseen.
🚑 Beyond the Sirens
EMS Families
The emergency may end when the ambulance leaves the scene, but the impact of the job can reach far beyond the sirens.
Beyond the Sirens supports the families of EMTs, paramedics, and other emergency medical professionals. These families navigate unpredictable schedules, missed family moments, exhaustion, difficult calls, and the realities of loving someone whose work regularly places them in the middle of another person's worst day.
This program provides meaningful care, encouragement, resources, and family-focused support that recognizes the people waiting at home.
Because the people behind those who answer medical emergencies deserve care, too.
🧸 Guardians Kids
Children of First Responders
Sometimes the smallest members of first-responder families carry feelings much bigger than they know how to explain.
Guardians Kids is dedicated specifically to the children of first responders. Whether they are missing a parent during a long shift, dealing with changed plans, worried after a difficult call, or simply learning what it means to grow up in a first-responder household, these children deserve support created with them in mind.
Through age-appropriate comfort items, activities, encouragement, keepsakes, and resources, Guardians Kids helps children feel recognized, included, supported, and proud of the important role they have within their family.
Because behind every little hero's hero is a child waiting for them to come home.
🚨 After the Call
Critical-Incident Family Care
Some calls don't end when the shift does.
After the Call provides additional family support following critical incidents, traumatic events, serious injuries, or other significant events that deeply affect a first responder and their household.
While attention naturally focuses on the responder following a critical incident, spouses, partners, children, and other family members may also experience uncertainty, disrupted routines, fear, and emotional strain.
Through carefully prepared support packages, practical resources, encouragement, and connection, After the Call helps ensure the family behind the responder is not overlooked during difficult days and weeks.
When the call follows them home, their family shouldn't have to face it alone.
🕊️ Fallen Guardian Family Support
Bereavement & Line-of-Duty-Loss
When a first-responder family experiences an unimaginable loss, support should continue long after the ceremonies, condolences, and public attention have ended.
Fallen Guardian Family Support provides compassionate care for families grieving the loss of a first responder, including families affected by line-of-duty deaths and other qualifying losses.
The program focuses on remembering the individual while caring for the family left behind through thoughtful bereavement packages, remembrance items, family resources, continued encouragement, and meaningful acts of support.
Our goal is not to provide an answer for grief. It is simply to make sure grieving families know they are remembered and that the service and legacy of their loved one will not be forgotten.
Their watch may have ended. Our commitment to their family has not.
